Programme funding "Jewish life in art and culture"
Funding for small-scale projects as part of TACHELES 2026
Through its funding programme “Jewish Life in Art and Culture”, the Cultural Foundation of the Free State of Saxony has been supporting art and cultural projects since 2023 that raise public awareness of Jewish life in Saxony and bring it to life. By 2026, more than 90 art and cultural projects that raise public awareness of Jewish life in Saxony and bring it to life will already be receiving funding under this programme.
Targeted funding for smaller projects and guest performances is intended to facilitate further events as part of the 2026 Theme Year, particularly in rural areas of Saxony. Applications may be submitted on an ongoing basis until the funding budget has been exhausted.
