WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD

With wit and verve, this concert celebrates the joys of life and invites you to relax and enjoy the music. In the first half, the Hamburg State Philharmonic Orchestra and Principal Conductor Omer Meir Wellber perform alongside the internationally acclaimed jazz trumpeter Till Brönner, who masterfully blends jazz and pop aesthetics. The programme features classics by Louis Armstrong and Frank Sinatra, amongst others. The second half follows with Franz Schubert’s Third Symphony – an early work full of lightness, youthful vigour and infectious joie de vivre.
