MAGI (IL) - Live Concert

Together with Weltecho, the Days of Jewish Culture bring the urban sound of Israel to Chemnitz. MAGI from Jaffa, Tel Aviv, is the daughter of Yemeni and Iraqi immigrants. Her music is a fusion of hip-hop, percussion beats and traditional Arabic instruments. This mix, with influences from her cultural roots, provides an insight into modern urban life in the Middle East. Her song "Jilala" is part of the official soundtrack of EA SPORTS FC 26 (FIFA 26).

In her live performance, she is accompanied by Yosefi Shlomo (DJ / MPC / Synth) and Aviv Ezra (percussion darbuka, bongos, riq, frame drum). The programme is part of the TdjK's year-round, decentralised series >Young Jewish Vibes<.
